Loggia Belvedere
This is Loggia Belvedere Spa, an apartment of 75sqm with an extra loft room of 10sqm. It can be accessed by an entrance with a walk-in closet with mirrors and a window overlooking the internal courtyard, followed by a hallway leading to the marble bathroom and a wellness corner with Jacuzzi and shower.
The kitchen is modern and open space equipped with an electric oven, microwave, gas stove and dishwasher. It is located in a room with a 4-meter-high frescoed ceiling, a dining table, an HD TV, a 3-seated sofa that can be turned into a double bed. This room has 2 windows on the ceiling, which is the roof of the building and it also have a wall window from where you can see part of Piazza Salimbeni and Palazzo Salimbeni, in front of the crossroads Banchi di Sopra, Via Pianigiani, Via Montanini and Costa dell’Incrociata, the most exclusive streets of the historic center of Siena.
The main living room has a 5 meter high ceiling with exposed wooden beams and a fresco that surrounds the whole room, a mirrored wardrobe, capitonné sofas and armchairs, HD TV, and a wonderful view of all the architectural and scenic beauties of Siena and the green Tuscan countryside that surrounds all of it. To complete your wellness experience in the living room there is also a fitness corner with a bench, 2 adjustable weights from 3.5 to 25 kg and a step.
The height of the ceiling has allowed to create a bedroom in the mezzanine suspended above the living room, which is accessed by a comfortable staircase of 10 steps, where there is a spacious double bed with HD TV and air conditioning for the suspended floor.
Piazza Salimbeni
Just in front of Palazzo Nannini there is the headquarter of Monte dei Paschi, the oldest bank in the world. This is composed of tree nobles buildings called Tantucci, Salimbeni and Spannocchi that surround the Salimbeni Square and opens to the main street of the city.
From the top floor of the building you can enjoy an amazing view of the Duomo di Siena, the Basilica di San Domenico and the Torre del Mangia. This breathtaking sightsee that is within few meters from our windows that are just above the characteristic medieval roofs of the city is framed into the Tuscan hills background.
